The office staff was friendly and resolutions to fix issues were quickly addressed. The maintenance guys were super friendly and at times I could go directly to them and have my issue addressed right away!

Very nice apartment complex that is quiet and safe. The grounds with its beautiful grass and trees reminds you of walking around a college campus.

Great office and maintenance staff, spacious units, nice landscaping ,good complex close to commercial and grocery store , markets etc, very accessible to public transportation and over all i am comfortable living in Bermuda Terrace . I recommend this place!

I have to say maintenance was very busy so the leasing agent came to see if she could fix the doors but since they were so off the track she had maintenance come right away. I am very impressed with the AWESOME service here.

First visit to see unit, your staff were very kind and courteous. When I decided to move in, both consultants provided things I needed. They were informative. I felt welcome. Since then,, I've had few visitors and complimented the apartment.

I really appreciate the quick response and resolution to my heating problem- the fact that everyone followed up was also very impressive!

The staff is great! I love the updated renovations! I lived here before a few years back, and the improvements to the community apartment homes are quite exceptional! And the convenience to great schools stores, and shopping is within walking distance.

"Great Place & Great Staff - Helped a family member look for an apartment (touring 7 other complexes) and found and moved into Bermuda Terrace a couple months ago. The leasing staff are great. Apartment unit needed AC filter & unit cleaned out upon moving in – The maintenance tech not only cleaned out AC unit and installed a new filter, he also cleaned of all the air intake/output vents. The complex is clean and well kept."
